I have a beautiful Brides of Austin feature to share with you all this fine Monday morning! You’re probably about to go to lunch, and this may influence where you go and what you order! You’ll recognize some of these names from past weddings, and I know some of them have shown up on my Story with a big thumbs up for their delicious food when we’re working so hard!
The newest issue was launched on Tuesday at the big BoA brunch. First of all, I love when these events happen! Most of us wedding professionals work out of an office alone, and if you’re like me, your office is in your home with only the Weagle (weenie dog + beagle) to keep you company on the average week day. Second, we occasionally get together and co-work, but these brunches are a great chance for us to wear something besides pajamas and actually socialize with one another. Third, we eat yummy food and desserts made by our friends!
I picked up this latest issue at Tuesday’s brunch, and I start to flip through it quickly before getting distracted by one of the many people I wanted to hug. Finally I sit down the next evening to actually look through the magazine and absorb it. What do I see? There are eleven gorgeous pages of food photography taken by me!
A few of my favorites:
Special thanks to Dana Padgett for working so hard on this Brides of Austin feature with me, you’re amazing!
She brought all of our boards, napkins, etc., is a perfectionist like me, agrees we should always use more blue napkins, and is the provider of lattes to keep us going throughout the day!
