Take a look at this gorgeous McKinney Falls State Park engagement session featuring the lovely Caroline and Mark. Do you love fall as much as I do?! This gives me all the fall feels! This morning it’s 48 degrees here, and I got in a nice job then a hot cup of coffee. Fall, especially that first really crispy day, makes everything feel fresh and new. I’m rejuvenated, ready to take on the world!
What does fall mean for engagement sessions in Austin? It means that we have more options! We can wear scarves, have simple layers like cardigans and sweaters. Of course let’s not forget that we can wear boots without getting a metric ton of sweat built up around our toes! It means the sky here is a little bluer, the trees still green in all their glory. We don’t have the amazing fall colors of the northeast, and that’s okay. When the majority of our year is spent sweating it out with our grass barely hanging on for survival, fall is a welcome site. Mark won for most outfit changes of the day! Doesn’t he look great? Caroline comes in at a respectable 3 outfits because her last dress was so cute she wore it for 2 different areas of the park.
These two are silly, sweet, and adventurous. They definitely fit into what I think of as my ideal client. They’re completely in love, they have great taste, and they trust me and all my crazy ideas!
